It's awesome because it looks almost like real human hair..closer to realistic than I have seen in the Marketplaces.

woohoo next time I try hair I'll give this a go(but last time it looked like an alopecia guy had messed with the high voltage line ) does zbrush do all the "funny" maps like z(depth) an normals ?? blender can bake a normal map from a hi res model to a low res one if zbrush could bake the fibers to a low res mesh you could be on to a money spinner, poser world is always looking for new hairstyles

If I could just figure out how to model the hair, and get the textures to turn out right on them so they actually 'look' like hair without square ends {transmaps?} I'd be ok.....those are cool textures Ez!

What I have a problem is, is the whole thing..not sure how to model the hair strands..are they strips that are pointed at the ends, or are they square ended and just fixed with transmapping or... This is the type of hair Im wanting to make...and not sure how it is achieved www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/pris-hair/82299Attachments:

This is the type of hair Im wanting to make...and not sure how it is achieved www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/pris-hair/82299are you using zbrush? if you are show me a pic of what you all ready did. here is some info www.pixologic.com/docs/index.php/FiberMesh_menu_settingsby the looks of the pic you have you need to adjust the max fiber in zbrush so it does not have that much hair and use the coverage option so the hair is not that thick and set the gravity but most important is use the Grooming brushes under the brushes, open it up and press G for grooming, most important use the brushes like a real comb or brush, start some where and follow all the way threw, dont move the brushes back and forth on the type of hair your trying, start at the top and while you drag all the way threw to the bottom just move the brush in a curve type of shape like the hair your trying
